Exterior Twilight Photography
The "Golden Hour" often produces the most incredible warm light and stunning colourful sky lines. Twilight real estate photography is extremely popular for high-end homes to capture those desirable hero shots.
Interior Photography
For our real estate interior photography we use the 'flambient' technique, which is a multiple exposure method with manual post production blending using photoshop. Typically the inside of a home is darker than the outside views so exposures need to be balanced throughout the full dynamic range within the environment. A natural light ambient exposure is captured, plus flash exposures, and a flashed window view. This technique delivers the most accurate wall colours without colour casting, natural shadows and crisp views to the outside but does increase the time to photograph each space and the post production demands.

Exterior real estate photography is crucial for creating a strong first impression, and involves capturing the property in the best possible light and composition. Key elements include timing for optimal lighting, highlighting curb appeal, and showcasing the surrounding environment, often captured using our drones.
