Follow the Te Waihou Walkway to the famous Blue Spring, one of the purest water sources in the world.  Travelling alongside the Waihou River, the track winds through wetlands, across rolling pastures and past small waterfalls to the turquoise water of the spring. HiWay Stabilizers have been engaged by HEB Construction Ltd, on behalf of Kiwi Rail for the stabilisation of the Waltham Mechanical Rail Yard redevelopment in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Clean lines, natural materials and light-filled rooms. Everything is creamier and warmer. Ohh La la! Bronwyn Turton Interior Designer purposely under-styled the home so that the materials used in the construction are applauded. Bedrooms and bathrooms are understated with minimal use of objects, pillows and throws. Lush, textural fabrics are used to beautifully drape into an elegant effortless sanctuary. The furniture leans towards soft, organic shapes with curved lines which bring a sense of comfort and relaxation. Much consideration went into the choosing the sustainable furniture that will stand the test of time into the next decade.

The Hamilton Gardens Visitor Precinct project is progressing extremely well. One of the key milestone items within the project was the erection of the new Fern Court structure. Whilst not an everyday item to construct, Downey Construction are happy to report that with some well thought out planning and partner collaboration, the fabrication and erection of this has been completed without a hitch
